WWE Payback premium live event took place today at the PPG Paints Arena in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
Here are the results of the show.
Becky Lynch defeated Trish Stratus in a Steel Cage Match. In the closing moment, Zoey Stark entered the cage, but Becky took her out. Becky then delivered a Manhandle Slam on Stratus from the top rope to win the match. After the bout, Trish slapped Stark. Zoey Stark then attacked Stratus with a Z-360.
John Cena announced that he would serve as the special guest referee for the match between LA Knight and The Miz. The Megastar defeated the A-Lister with a BFT.
Rey Mysterio defeated Austin Theory to retain the United States Championship.
Damian Priest and Finn Balor became the new Undisputed WWE Tag Team Champions by defeating Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens in a Steel City Street Fight. Dominik Mysterio, Rhea Ripley, and JD McDonagh interfered. In the closing moment of the match, Sami delivered a Helluva Kick on Finn Balor. However, Dominik hit Sami with the Money in the Bank briefcase. Balor then covered Sami to win the titles.
Cody Rhodes appeared on the Grayson Waller Effect and announced that Jey Uso would be the newest member of the RAW roster.
Rhea Ripley defeated Raquel Rodriguez to retain the Women’s World Championship. In the closing moment, Dominik interfered in the bout. Raquel hit a Powerslam on Dom. Ripley then delivered a Riptide on Raquel to retain the title.
Seth Rollins defeated Shinsuke Nakamura to retain the World Heavyweight Championship.
