SmackDown Match & Entrance Cut Short After Tribal Court Segment Went Long

Last night’s SmackDown kicked off with The Usos holding the Tribal Court for Roman Reigns. The Tribal Chief handed his lei to Jey Uso before hitting a low blow. The four of them got into a brawl. Reigns and Sikoa brutally attacked Jimmy when Jey was tied to the ropes. Jimmy Uso was then sent to the hospital.

Jey Uso took revenge in the final segment of SmackDown. Jey challenged Roman Reigns for the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship. Fightful Select reported that The Bloodline segment received a positive reaction from the management.

BWE reported that the Tribal Court segment was supposed to be 20 minutes. However, the segment ended in nearly 40 minutes. Therefore, some matches and segments had to be scrapped. The match between AJ Styles and Karrion Kross was limited to 2 minutes.

Kross’ entrance music was also cut before he finished the act. You can watch the video below.
