AEW Collision Viewership & Demo Rating For July 1

The July 1st episode of AEW Collision was taped on Thursday, June 29 at the FirstOntario Centre in Hamilton, ON.

The show kicked off with the match between MJF and Kip Morst. MJF picked up the victory in a quick fashion. MJF was then issued another AEW World Championship open challenge, which was accepted by Ethan Page. However, MJF defeated Page to retain the title.

PowerHouse Hobbs advanced to the semi-finals of the Owen Hart tournament by defeating Dustin Rhodes. QT Marshall helped Hobbs to win the match.

Ricky Starks also qualified for the semi-finals of the Owen Hart tournament by defeating Juice Robinson.

Kris Statlander defeated Lady Frost to retain the TBS Championship.

In the main event, Samoa Joe defeated Roderick Strong to qualify for the semi-finals of the Owen Hart tournament.

According to Nielsen via Wrestlenomics, the July 1st episode of AEW Collision drew 452,000 viewers on TNT and a 0.13 rating in the 18-49 demographic.

The previous episode (June 24) drew 595,000 viewers on TNT and a 0.21 rating in the 18-49 demographic.
