Dana Brooke Responds To Fan Criticism Of Her WWE NXT Match

Dana Brooke mostly appeared for the 24/7 Championship segments last year. However, the 24/7 title was retired last November. Since then, the company had no plan for Brooke. She competed on WWE Main Event most of the time.

Earlier this month, Dana Brooke returned to NXT and participated in a Battle Royal that would determine the No. 1 contender for the NXT Women’s Championship. Brooke then started a storyline with Cora Jade.

Last night on NXT, Dana Brooke faced Cora Jade. During the match, Brooke suffered a leg injury (Kayfabe). The medical team then attempted to carry her backstage on a stretcher. However, Brooke continued to the match amidst the injury. Cora Jade put a Single Leg Boston Crab on Brooke. The referee then stopped the match and declared Jade the winner.

Today, Dana Brooke issued a statement on Twitter and reacted to the fans who criticized her match.

“Alright I get it, y’all think I suck…. 👍🏻 Got it, NOTED, Awesome….. &…..”
