WWE Elevates Shawn Michaels To Senior Vice President Of Talent Development Creative

Shawn Michaels took control of WWE NXT following Triple H suffered a cardiac event in September last year. NXT brand changed in a huge way after Triple H stepped down from his WWE duties but Michaels managed to run NXT 2.0 smoothly.

The Heart Break Kid has years of wrestling knowledge and experience. Therefore, he was appointed as vice president of talent development creative in August.

CBS Sports reported that Shawn Michaels has been promoted to senior vice president of talent development creative. They also noted that Michaels will control the creative side in NXT as well as be in charge of the development of talent in WWE’s developmental brand. Also, Michaels will oversee the expansion of NXT UK into NXT Europe which is scheduled to be launched next year.
