Nick Jackson Responds To Fan Criticism Over AEW Full Gear Match

Nick Jackson Responds To Fan Criticism Over AEW Full Gear Match

Last month, Young Bucks defeated The Lucha Bros, Orange Cassidy & Hook, and The Gunns in a Four-Way match at WrestleDream to earn the AEW World Tag Team Championship opportunity.

Last week, Kenny Omega, Chris Jericho, and Young Bucks had a backstage segment, where The Bucks challenged the Golden Jets to a tag team match at Full Gear. The bout also included a stipulation. If Golden Jets win, they earn an opportunity to challenge the AEW Tag Team Titles. If Young Bucks win, The Golden Jets should be disbanded.

On Instagram, Nick Jackson promoted their Full Gear match with the caption, “A friendly competition with Kenny. No break ups. Just good wrestling. But Jericho…”

A fan commented, “Nick um, a friendly contest doesn’t normally drive someone to spend 50$ on a PPV.”

Nick Jackson replied, “Not being on the show was the other option.”
